Mesa AirPak Series
CONDITION & DISTRIBUTE
AirPak air handling units receive chilled water from the central plant, heat or cool it, filter it, and deliver precisely tempered air throughout the facility via ductwork. Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems modulate airflow dynamically based on real-time zone demand — delivering energy savings without sacrificing comfort.
ChillCore chillers produce chilled water that is simultaneously distributed to all building air handlers. Purpose-built for large, multi-zone commercial and industrial facilities — more efficient, more controllable, and more scalable than standalone packaged units at higher load levels.

⚠ Lead Time Note
ChillCore 300 carries a 26-week lead time. Plan procurement early — mechanical rough-in typically occurs well before substantial completion.

Mesa TowerCell Series
REJECT HEAT. PROTECT EFFICIENCY.
TowerCell cooling towers reject heat from the chilled water system to the atmosphere. Required for water-cooled chiller plants. An undersized or poorly maintained tower will degrade chiller efficiency significantly — matching tower capacity precisely to chiller output is essential for peak performance and energy compliance.
The HeatPak series delivers packaged rooftop heating and cooling in a single unit — simpler installation, faster deployment. The HydroHeat series scales to heat pump chiller capacity, making it ideal for larger hybrid plant configurations or facilities targeting high-efficiency electrification without a separate boiler plant.
Mesa carries Cleaver-Brooks condensing boilers — among the most efficient hot water and steam heating systems available for commercial applications. Up to 99% thermal efficiency with SCAQMD-compliant, low-NOx burners. Engineered for Southern California's air quality requirements and designed for reliable year-round operation.
Cleaver-Brooks is a top-tier commercial boiler manufacturer with a track record in entertainment, healthcare, and mission-critical facilities. Mesa is an authorized installer and service provider.
